Employee Guide
Everything you need to clock in, manage your time off, and view your attendance records.
Step 1 — Download the app
Search for "TimeClock 365" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and install it. You can also clock in from a browser at app.timeclock365.com.
Step 2 — Accept your invitation
Check your email for an invitation from TimeClock 365. Click the link, set your password, and you're in. Your company and team are already configured.
Step 3 — Clock in and out
Open the app and tap Clock In when you arrive at work. Tap Clock Out when you leave. If your company uses geofencing, you must be within the allowed zone to clock in from your phone.
Step 4 — Request time off
Go to Time Off → New Request. Select the dates and type (vacation, sick, personal). Your manager receives a notification and approves or declines the request.
Step 5 — View your timesheet
Go to My Timesheet to see all your clock-in/out records for any date range. If you see an error, tap "Request correction" and your manager will review it.
