1. Data we collect

TimeClock 365 collects: employee names, emails, phone numbers, clock-in/out timestamps, GPS coordinates (when enabled), photos (when selfie-on-punch is enabled), and usage data for improving the service.

2. How we use your data

Data is used to provide the attendance tracking, access control, and workforce management services you subscribed to. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data security

All data is encrypted with AES-256 in transit and at rest. TimeClock 365 is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Servers are hosted in secured data centers with regular backups.

4. GDPR compliance

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@timeclock365.com.

5. Data retention

Attendance records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. After account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention is required by law.
