Yes. Overtime rules are configurable by work agreement, employee group, or individual. The system calculates regular hours, OT at 125%, OT at 150%, and night/weekend premiums automatically.

Yes. Employees clock in and out directly inside Microsoft Teams — without switching to another app. Managers receive attendance alerts and approval requests in Teams.
Yes. Azure AD sync imports employees and groups automatically. SSO via SAML 2.0 lets employees log in with their Microsoft credentials — no separate password needed.

Yes. TimeClock 365 is GDPR compliant. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for all customers. You can request data deletion, export all employee data, and configure retention periods.
Data is stored on secure cloud servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Backups are encrypted and geo-redundant. Data residency options are available for enterprise customers.
