1. Acceptance

By using TimeClock 365, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

TimeClock 365 is a cloud-based workforce management platform including attendance tracking, door access control, HR management, and related features.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TimeClock 365 for any unlawful purpose, to track individuals without their knowledge, or to infringe on any person's privacy rights under applicable law.

5. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Limitation of liability

TimeClock 365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
