Your daily dashboard
The Manager Dashboard shows who is clocked in right now, who is late, and who is absent. Use the live map to see field employees' GPS positions in real time.
Approving time off
When an employee submits a time-off request, you receive a notification in TimeClock 365, Microsoft Teams, or Slack (depending on your setup). Review the request and approve or decline with one click.
Editing punches
If an employee forgot to clock out, go to Attendance → select the employee → find the date → click Edit. Add the missing punch. All edits are logged in the audit trail.
Scheduling
Go to Scheduling to create or edit shifts for your team. Drag and drop shifts to reassign. The system warns you if an employee would exceed their weekly overtime threshold.
Reports
Run team attendance, overtime, and project time reports from the Reports section. Filter by date range, location, or employee. Export to PDF or CSV for payroll submission.
